career in the year 1982 as Personnel Officer and rose to the rank of General Manager (HR). He has rich experience in Mining, Steel, Transport, Printing, Engineering, Garment, Granite, Food processing and Pharma industry. He has 25 years experience in the field of Personnel, Industrial Relations, Administration, Liaison, HRD and Training.

He served in Sandur Manganese & Iron Ores Ltd, INDO Nissin Foods Ltd, Hind High Vacuum and Sami Labs Limited. He worked in the capacity of General Manager (HRD & Trng) at Sami Labs Limited.

Maintained excellent relations with all the government bodies and public associations in and around in addition to his relevant industries.

Performance Management, Corporate Social Responsibility, Training and Development, Brand awareness from employer-employee perspective, Building successful working relationship with working teams, Statutory compliance and Employee satisfaction scores.

Various industries and departments honored him for this innovative work which reached common workforce in the industry.

Received Recognition Award from NIPM – Karnataka Chapter for his literary works of HR.

In addition to his authorship many of his articles published in professional journals and he is a regular writer in the ’Human Resource’ journal of National Institute of Personnel Management (NIPM -KC).

Many of his talks are broadcasted in All India Radio Bangalore for industrial field.

In addition to his proficiency in HR Consulting, Ram Navaratna is well known Trainer in English and Kannada. So far he conducted innumerable training programmes covering more than 14000 participants. His programmes cover from Operators to Senior Manager’s level.

His programmes to students are also note worthy. His training sessions are well received and accepted by the needy. Delivered talks, made presentations in various educational, professional institutions, Corporate and other forums. He conducts Open House as well as In House programmes at all places in addition to HR Consultancy services.
